On Average, L4 seem to get refresher of 85k multiplied by 1.25 (80% of company gets this) So average L4 engineer gets 110k refresher. How does this compare to the industry TC:370k P.S. what is the tc that can afford an ipad. I would love to get one someday
You are wrong on the calculations. L4 refreshers have been historically ~84k for CME until 2021 for US Premium Plus. Only last year did this change to 1.25*73k = ~91k
I think it is 85k (according to internal pay page) * 1.25 = 106k - proof below
You think wrong sir/madam
You can afford iPad once an Apple employee gives you their 25% discount 🍌
And finance it 60 months @ 7% and refinance in the future
You need a refresher to build a ramp up to the 4 year cliff.
Anyone knows how much is Google L5 refresher?
~145k
Do you happen to know the multipliers, e.g. assuming 145k for SI, what would be the refreshers for other ratings ?
Which internal page is there info about base refresher amount? 110K refresher for 80% L4s seems so obnoxious. 110 * 4 = 440k. This isn’t even something that external L4 hires get for the initial offer grant.
It vests over 4 years.
Yes but you get 4 stacks of refreshers. So 110k equity guaranteed your 5th year without any stock growth. Am I missing something?
Meta E4 is 88k. So yeah comparable to the industry
Is the refresher over 4 years?
L63 at MSFT gets 32K refresh vesting over 5 years.
L63 is L5 equivalent, what does L61 i.e. L4 equivalent get? 😂
<15k. Was 61 can confirm.
Can someone confirm current l6 refresher range.
