Got the following offers. Format is Base/Stock/Signon cash/Annual Bonus - Microsoft L61, Redmond 150/230/100/18 TC 285k first 2 years, then 235k. With refreshers. - Google L4, Kirkland 143/180/30/23 TC 245k for 4 years with refreshers Which one seems better? 1.75 YOE
You are not going to get 18k annual bonus at Msft. Whatās your bonus range ? Count 50% of that range

Great offer for Microsoft and terrible offer for Google. My L4 Seattle offer was $169k base $349k stock.
Google won't bulge on numbers. How many YOE did you had when you got the offer? Not sure why the comp team aren't willing to go higher in my case.
Probably because <2 YOE from non FAANG and also no high competing offers. Used to be Meta that would bring up offers but canāt do that anymore I guess
