Microsoft L67 seems 0-60% for bonus, target 30%. And stock range is 0-350k, target 17.5k? What about L7 at G? I saw some say target 25%, that’s less than Microsoft’s 30%? What about stock range? Also Microsoft has deferred compensation program at L67, does G offer that? Thanks

Don't know the max but at least 400k. 200-300k is typical.
67 base and bonus are harder to beat at most other tech companies at comparable levels. So some stock difference would be absorbed by that. DTC definitely has its own value and its weird if some one suggests it's not a differentiator. Every one has different goals and situations. Depends upon how it applies to your unique situation. Most people in rat race want to slow down, take a break, travel the world and what not. It really would help in those years. It's even more valuable if you look at stock growth of the last few years given that you are able to save on taxes and invest that.
Bonus is less, stock is more. No deferred compensation plan, though that's worthless.
Why you think it’s worthless. I heard it’s like 401k, that can save a lot of taxes? Also assume that money can invest in spy, so get compound effect before retire?
Unlike 401k, you have no liquidity, no choice to redeem later, and take on bankruptcy risk. You are probably pushing income into higher income years, whereas a 401k you don't withdraw until after retirement at a low tax bracket. Yes there is some tax savings but not worth it imho, certainly not a differentiator between two offers.
