Why people are so biased for Google? Even knowing that, You may get faster promo in Uber than Google and salary may be better in Uber. Also, Google is very big and bureaucratic

Google is no longer old google brand. They have started pip and there is quota to fulfil for each manager/org. Right now, in google hire and fire going on. Wlb has became pretty bad like Amazon I won't suggest to join google in this year atleast
