Meant to exclude engineering and just roles like finance, strategy, biz ops, product management etc. This where mbas mostly land.

There is a big difference between those departments. For instance, product management on top tier product >>>>>> biz ops.

Also - L7 is a tough level to get. Typically requires VP level at a smaller company. Leveling on PM is toughest, Strategy next hardest, other biz functions easier
