Exponent and Product Alliance are the 2 I know of, but is there any other resources to prep for Google and Microsoft Product Manager interviews? Which of the 2 resources would you go for ? Or if anything else that can help. I can DM if anyone from either company has any suggestion for me. Prev TC : 100k (Analytics based) Please help.
Take a look at the free PM interview prep guide at https://engineerseekingfire.com/how-to-prepare-for-product-manager-interviews/
Thanks !
https://www.productmanagementexercises.com/ is a little pricey, but there's a decent repository of questions and folks' answers (and critique of those answers) and some videos.
Thanks and I have heard the same actually
Can I pay you $100 to get access to your Product Alliance account? I’m a designer, not a PM but would like to see what kind how PM prep for their Google interview
Who makes each of these courses?
I actually used RocketBlocks and Product Alliance. RocketBlocks was really good to do drills on specific question types like estimation and analytical questions, which I was weak in. I probably over-indexed on this because I only saw a couple of these questions in all of my interviews. Product Alliance's Hacking the PM interview course was really good at showing high quality interview responses. I'd typically pause the video, try my hand at the question, and then watch their answers to improve.
Quick question how long did you study before you actually applied? I have had two recruiters outreach to me but scared of moving forward and having to wait a whole year to apply.
Thank you everyone.

Exponent seems to have comparatively good content!
Yeah they have good stuff, but it's all free on Youtube -- I just watched it there and saved myself the $100 or whatever it is lmao
