Google Pay for L6 TPM in Seattle area
Hi, I am coming close to discussion of $$$ with Google, is there a way to find out what L are they hiring me for? I am L6 at Amazon, is there room for negotiation with Google on my L? What pay range to expect in terms for L6 TPM in Seattle area for Google? What are good cloud teams to be in at Google Seattle and Kirkland offices? Any help / pointers are appreciated.

what should be right expectation for pay at L5?
There's a likelihood you'll be downgraded to L4. L5 will be a lateral move. L4 is 200-300
Are you strong technical TPM? If yes and you can ace interviews, L5 is what you will most likely get, maybe L6 but that’s like principle.

Did u get L5? What comp they offered? Were you able to negotiate?

Ask the recruiter about level. FYI, L6 at Amazon is L5 at Google, they start the ladder at different numbers.
