Google Performance Review
I received an offer from Google and planning to join Google in next month or next to next month. I want to ask if I will be applicable for getting yearly bonus based on Performance review if I join Google in June or July? What is the minimum you have to be in Google to get a performance review and hence the yearly bonus? Will the yearly bonus one gets is based on the total annual package or prorated on the number of months you are in that year? #tech #google
Bonus will be prorated but you'll get it for sure. Most likely you'll be a CME rating, getting you around your target bonus.
Thanks for your reply. Does one needs to be in Google some minimum number to be valid for performance review and annual bonus? E.g. if I join in Google, I will be less than 6 months for 2021
And what is CME rating?
