Google Recruiting Disgusts Me
I've passed Google interviews and was stuck for 1y without team matching, so my results have expired. This has happened 2 weeks ago. Since then, I have had 5 (five) Google recruiters from different PAs reaching out to me to reinterview again. Google - you couldn't team match me for a full year 2023. WHY DO YOU WANT SO DESPARATELY WASTE MY TIME? Sry for the rant TC: 200k

Months of preparation? I only need to prepare stuff like DP for Google, no other company asks math or DP

Internal transfers are crazy. Externals hardly get a chance

My Google friend told me googlers with top review ratings are looking for teams to transfer to because they are on grace period for being laid off. Plus some teams just don’t have external headcount whereas internal fills are fine
Due to the hire freeze, your interview result may still valid, double check with your recruiter first
