Got referral from Google employee and applied SDE job. But the initial review took a whole month and I get rejected at resume stage. Why? Is it because of the resume or because the company I am in? yoe 2

I've had my resume reviewed by few high levels, but still getting rejected at resume stage. Some of the rejects were roles I was overqualified for.
