Google Start / Refresher
Can someone explain start date / rsu refresher? Do you have to start before end of 2019 to receice a refresher at end of 2020? Or can you start in the beginning of 2020 and still get a refresher?

GoingToG Dec 2, 2019@Googlers can you please tell me what the exceptions are? Joining in January. I have a pretty decent manager. Is performance the exception? One birdie told me that since it's a horrible time to join and I won't get a refresher for 2 years, Google makes up for it by giving a more-than-great base salary increase. Is this true?

You gotta start before end of 2019! Even if you join on Jan 1, 2020, you won’t get the refresher. Pretty sure about it.
Yup gotta start by end 2019 to get the first refresher Jan 2021. am starting on 30th dec this year!
