Google Strategy & Operations Roles

I am currently interviewing for a Strategy & Operations role at Google Singapore. I am a Senior Manager in Bain with 7-9 YOE. What would the equivalent Google grade be - L5 / L6? What would be the total compensation for either L5 and L6?

I came in at 5 with 8 YOE and was an SM at Bain. Don’t come here unless you get 6. Very very difficult to go from 5 to 6 these days

I got interviewed for a tech L5 role at Google recently and the recruiter told me he was unable to match my current base salary of s$230K per year (excluding bonuses). My guess is that Google L5 base salaries in Singapore are between s$180 to s$220K per annum but you should get a good bonuses on top of that. I believe L6 roles in Singapore are a bit scarce but other Googlers can confirm.

Same experience. I believe their ceiling is somewhere around 200k only for base salaries.

L6 is for 12+ YOE roles, right?
