What do you guys think of this initial offer for Mountain View? Base $134k RSU $296k monthly vesting over 4 years Sign on $25k Bonus 15% 10+ YOE I feel that base is low and equity could go up 20%. May ask for some more sign on. Need some input before I get back to the recruiter.

Base is very low as a T4. I know new graduate promo to T4 got 134k. This should not be the case for people with 10yoe. Also for RSU, it is not high, but at least in a normal range. To negotiate more, it really depends on the competing offer.
Thank you for the response. I don't have a competing offer in Bay but in Atlanta. Similar Base and bonus. No equity though but a highly reputed company. What do you think that base should be for a L4 + 10 YOE?
