When does Google adjust/increase base salary? Is it end of the year? If I join in November will I get base salary increase this December or should I wait till next year? TC: 325K #tech #google

These are cost of living and inflation adjustments. New hires will indeed get them as well. There's nothing entitled about it since it is something the management brought up

I joined in Oct and got nothing. YMMV.
Salary increase in one month tenure doesn't make dollar sense to me . Negotiation balances need to be balanced at the ledger first before raising the number for new hire at 1 month mark . Isn't it ??
Have seen some stories on here of it increasing. Also the inflation levels are sky high so it might be needed.
