What does Google look for during behavioral interviews for non-technical roles such as PgM? The questions are usually 'tell me a time when x happened' and good response as per the recruiters is a relevant experience presented in the STAR or CAR format. There isn't a right or wrong answer to these kinda questions unless you completely miss the point. Given that, are there any specific skills, values, attitude, key words they are looking for? I imagine alignment to company values and culture is one of the criteria but are their others?
Thanks but that's not my question.
I doubt that will be the case for a Program Manager interview.
