Hi folks, recently I had a conversation with a recruiter from Google brain/research. I have interviewed for Google before but from the conversation it seems like the interviewing process is quite different i.e., no team match? You interview with the team directly. Has anyone have recent experience interviewing with them. Will appreciate any help! The role is ML SWE Billing tax: TC 160k Yoe:3 years
I know the process for Research Scientist. Discussed my papers, publications, and made a presentation.
What kinds of papers and publications do you write? Relationship advice? Hot tea in a kettle with ancient times?
Very good question. I publish professionally and personally. The latter is to give back to this wonderful community. Those whose personal lives need direction.
They do have team matching phase after you clear the onsite.
I don think so if you are to directly to interview with the hiring manager?
I interviewed in Dec for SWE-ML with Google Research and was informed of passing the onsite in about a week. But recruiter still informed about the team matching.
Wow ! Would like to know more about how your resume looks like. Do you have publications in A* conferences ? Or a masters from an ivy college ?
Do you gave phd?
No! But I work in research and applying for SWE ML
