What they gonna do? Make a new phone OS? Giveaway free Occulus to the world for new customer base? Yahoo was once a giant, but Google deflated it.
They have shit ton of tracking data already and then can build an alternative approach for targeting ads within few months
The end user requirement changes with every new event in the life. Also, they missused this gap to an extreme level. It would’nt be same with no control on Google/Apple product.
