Hi Folks, I’m in the process of interviewing at Google in the San Francisco Bay Area for an interaction designer role. I’m not sure what level I’m interviewing for, it’s TBD they said. What should I expect my total compensation be (base, equity, salary, and signing bonus)? As well, level? I’m currently a UX director at a medium size company with 14 years of experience. Thank you for the help!

TechLead: Why so many layoffs
Ask what the TBD range is. Otherwise your shooting in the dark.
I did ask ask about the level and they said it was TBD however, they said I would be a lead role and I would be mentoring junior designers. What level do you think that might be between levels 4-8? As well, compensation? Thanks
At least L5, given they said "lead".
