oh I see. so I am referred to Google by a friend. I can only apply for 3 positions and I don't want to wrongly apply for a position to be denied. should I apply for jobs only with tags Senior software engineer only or just software engineer is also fine?
If you're referred, you shouldn't need to apply at all, no? A recruiter will reach out, and you can talk it through with them. I only filled out an application as a formality after the recruiter conversation, so they could have my info on file.
