Google hardware Bangalore offer review. L4

Hey, I just recieved an offer from Google hardware, Bangalore. The break up is 23L base, 60000k USD stocks (across 4 years) and a joining bonus of 5L... One round of negotiation already done. I asked the recruiter if the comp can be pushed further up and she said that she will try her best but she can't promise anything as what I'm getting is shaft really good. I currently have 2 more offers which are (approx) 27.5L base , 15k USD stocks (across 3 years) and about 5L as joining bonus.... I'm kinda inclined towards Google, as it's a completely new team here, and I might get to do some significant work plus other advantages like commute/perks etc.... (Also the TC is the highest ) But I'm not sure if I should accept a base that is significantly lower than my other offers. Btw my current base is 23l and I usually get around 14k stock refreshers at Qcom. Anyone from Google hardware India here ?? Is the Google offer decent?? Or should I be asking for more??
