Google hiring committee - ratings from interviewers

Currently going through my on site process and wondering what it takes to get an offer (besides team match of course). Is getting "hire" ratings from all interviewers enough, or do you need at least 1-2 "strong hire" ratings? Curious if folks could provide any insight here. Thanks in advance. TC: $500k

Hire from almost everyone is enough. A bad interview doesn’t result in rejection.

Good to know. Thank you! So far all of my interviews have gone pretty well (I think). I'm mostly just trying to not psych myself out before the last few.

Strong hire is better though Limited spots and you're competing against others in loop

Makes sense. Is it rare for people to get SH ratings? Curious where the bar is.

It is not rare to get SH. I had four of them. But not getting them is not the end of the world. Also you do not need to do a perfect interview to get a strong hire. Each interviewer looks for some very specific attributes assigned by the recruiter. If you randomly do well in these, you get SH from them regardless of other attributes.

Some string hires can make up for one bad round. If you have lukewarm signals in all rounds then they can ask for reinterview

You make 500k at Intuit?

Yup. Actually more if you count the stock refreshers I just got last month, but I don't count that until I get my first vest.
