Have a SWE interview coming up with Google. Does google now require us to code on a Google doc or is it a Coderpad kinda setting?
They have an in-house code editor they use now, not as powerful as the off-the-shelf solutions you'll see other companies use but it's better than Google doc

I had both. Most of my interviews were done in the Codepad-like internal thing they have, but one interviewer claimed the link wasn't working for them so they just had me do the interview in a regular Google doc.
