Has anyone attempted google coding interview with JavaScript especially? I was reached by a recruiter, and when they sent the information pdfs, the coding paragraph only talks about " you should know at least one programming language, preferably java or C++, c# is also ok as it's similar to Java". What happens to python, JavaScript,go etc ?
Can confirm you can use Python to get into Google.
You can do it, but JavaScript tends to be pretty fugly which doesn't help in an interview setting when I'm trying to read a candidates code/ figure out what they're doing
If you interview on the frontend track then JS is a given. On general track, might be frowned upon but I don’t know.
JavaScript is fine. It would also help if it’s ES6.
It's okay, I know folks who did that
Consider doing Typescript
i did JS. i love JS
JS is fine I gave my interview in JS
Don’t worry python and js are fine. Must be a mistake while editing.
