Post the 12k layoffs, it seems like Google leadership has unlimited power to dictate terms to their teams. Almost on the lines of “do this” or you are out. There is unprecedented fear among teams around me and no one wants to say no to leadership even if things don’t make any sense. Innovation cannot thrive in fear. L6 TC:300k
