Google leadership round
Folks I hve been interviewed at google For EM L5 in India. 1-googlyness +leadership - downlevelled to L5 and lean hire 2- software designing - lean hire 3- code round - lean hire 4- code round - hire 5- tech leadership - hire Team match done But my HR has asked for one more leadership without sending my packet to HC. hC not cleared … checking for new team match and then VP approval
So even without HC approval, is Google giving offers with VP approval and team match or packet will be resent for HC after VP approval?
Your recruiter is supporting you. They think that you have done fairly well in other rounds than leadership so redoing the leadership round is your best shot. All the best!
Yeah even I felt the same.. gave my leadership round it went good and resulted in hire for that round… now my packet will be put to HC committee
