Hello, I got an offer from Google. It seems good to me what do you think? Base: 200k RSUs: 760k/4years - 190k per year Bonus: 15% - 30k Signin: 50k TC first year 470k TC then: 420k Mountain View.

I guess google considered an average of 8 years.
Did you have any competing offers? And I assume this is pre-negotiation?
Pre negotiation. I didnāt have any yet defined competing offer. There was a bit of negotiation game initially when they tried to explore my situation before coming out with this offer but this is the first official offer I got.
Iām getting a lot of questions but almost nobody is answering my question :/

Thanks! Before working full time I did a lot of work sold by myself like a 1 person company. And these were also years of experience. Google considered 8 years of experience in total and made this offer based on our pre offer conversations.
