Sounds like a mistake. You could ask the recruiter about it.

Not hard to imagine it happening - most interviews are coding so the interviewer doesn't notice it's supposed to be a design or behavioral interview and goes on autopilot :) Probably won't hurt your chances though unless you were hoping to get L5. Probably worth asking the recruiter.
Can you recommend any areas to practice on leetcode? Did you have any dp/graph/heap problems?

Happened to me too. EM role. Ended up with 2 coding rounds instead of 2 sys des which I wasn't prepared for. I asked the recruiter why and it turns out the interviewers had my wrong resume! In general The recruiters are just massively stretched so the process can be adhoc imo. Say you enjoyed the conversations but point out that the schedule didn't match what you were told at the beginning anf politely ask why that happened.

Ideally an email a day after your interview
Behavior is for L5.
It depends on them.. they can ask whatever question they want and whatever round they prefer.. Either it may include behaviour or not.
