Google onsite, how does the behavioral interview look like?
Hi all, preparing for my first SRE-SWE onsite. Not sure what to expect for the behavioral interview? Anyone had one yet? Any insights would be great! I'm supposed to have 3 technical, 1 behavioral and 1 system design - never asked the recruiter for which level. And ideas? 8 yoe. in non FANG. Thanks!

Time to think your past encounters so when asked you can talj about it.
It’s a pretty standard behavioral interview. Will consist of “tell me about a time” and “how would you handle this situation” style questions. Interviewer will be looking for certain qualities that are defined as leadership and googleyness in your answers.
