Google onsite limit

Hi guys, I heard Google has a limit of 3 onsite per interviewee before blacklist them. Could you tell me if that is correct or not? I interviewed with them last Feb and the recruiter told me that the HC thinks my DS/Algo was ok, but my code was not clean enough. I tried to improve my style and review my own code, but if the limit is true, I don't want to risk it now.

I think it’s per level

You mean 3 times for the same level?

Rule is not true. But honestly you don't want to be underleveled as well. You don't want to compete with folks in mid twenties who have nothing else to do other than work.

Thanks for the advice. I am not in 20s but due to my situation I have only 1.5 yoe. I guess I have to compete with the band then.

No, that limit is not real. Isn't it usually 12 month wait before another onsite?

Wipro pGQn36 OP Sep 16, 2019

The recruiter told me I got close to the bar so I could apply again in 6 and skip the phone round.
