Depends on a lot of other factors - yoe, team, your level of risk, Visa status, importance for wlb..... Very hard to generalize
Is It too risky for h1b? There seems to be quite some h1b employees at N though
If you get in knowing the risk and have alternate plans if you are let go, them you should be fine.

Which team/area do you work on? It used to be pretty uninteresting work hyped up with blog posts earlier
Why would anyone choose google over Netflix? Netflix has better pay and better work/impact.

Iโm pretty sure working more than 9 hours a day at Netflix is not the norm. They have good wlb.
