Google performance ratings

Hi, Joining as a L4 Noogler with 3.5 YOE (still in the team match phase). Would appreciate it if someone who works at Google can throw some light on how to consistently get a better performance rating at Google? Is there any suggestion on that end? #Google #Noogler
