Had a phone screen with google last week. Recruiter reached out today. Wants to schedule a call to share feedback. Is that a reject per general process?

Oh, I'm interviewing for L3 SWE
My recruiter scheduled a call as well. I thought it could have possibly meant rejection too. Here is how the call went: - How did the phone screen go? - What do you think you or the interviewer could have improved? Then she told me I was selected to go onsite and the team was on the fence with the result but, nevertheless wanted to give me a fair chance. So, IMO it isn't a no unless they explicitly say it. Hope for the best and keep the prep going. Good luck!! I have scheduled my onsite next week. Blind is been a stress buster and a good break for me. Stay positive and wish you the best! Cheers
What questions you got in phone screen
It was 1 LC medium and 1 LC Easy. Both have been tagged with Google on LC.

Yes. No on-site. In all honesty I wasn’t prepared for a tough case. She asked me to try again later
