Google phone screen feedback waiting time
Had an interview for Customer engineer role in early June. Waiting for phone screen results for 20 days. Recruiter is very courteous and great but says that feedback is still pending with hiring team. Does this mean that it’s the end of the road for me. Are they waiting for other candidates to finish the process or is there a headcount freeze. Can anyone provide any insight?

Just be patient. From my first communication with a recruiter to actual offer, it took almost 3 months.
