https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/google-takes-aim-at-microsoft-edge-with-flurry-of-ads/ Finally we are giving Google run for its money. New Edge browser, Visual Studio Code, Windows subsystem on Linux (1&2),.Net core and its future roadmap, dual screen Android devices and possibly fork of android, github and all its goodness and ofcourse Azure. Grass has never been greener on the east side :) TC 220k
Keep drinking that kool-aid.
lol is this the result of internal propaganda? Like how IBM employees think IBM Cloud is a serious competitor to AWS đ
Like aws n Jeff Bezos whining about how they lost $10 B Jedi contract to Azure. Sure
Ask your employees if they all use Edge. I donât. Itâs funny how few Microsoft internal sites are unsupported on edge.
@microsoft LOL. The two screen phone isn't changing anything that idea's been done years ago. You're just now catching up and on Android to boot ha.
OP has drank so much koolaid theyâve forgotten what reality is like
Microsoft should just fork Chrome and remove all the google integrations, replace with MS stuff, put in an ad blocker to block Google and Facebook crap and just ship it. Users wonât notice a thing and it will hurt the competition where it hurts.
As an average end-user, I honestly don't know what makes Chrome better. Can't think of anything else other than extensions and cards/passwords/bookmarks backup in Google accounts.
LOL. The grass is green on the Microsoft campus cause it doesn't stop raining there. But it has nothing to do with Microsoft nor its products. Everyone I know (including myself) has left for greener pastures. Microsoft severely underpays its engineers to the point where even startups are now more competitive. The only upside at Microsoft is the fact that on some teams, you can live a very comfortable life in terms of WLB. Add to it the fact that Microsoft hires today most of its engineers from tier 5 companies cause it can't hire from other places, and you get a recipe for a very poor company.
Calm down here. You have nothing to be proud of unless you contributed to these projects yourself.
Collectivism makes you proud of others achievements just because youâre part of that âgroupâ.
I never knew Microsoft had such strong Koolaid. You surpassed Airbnb today đ
Your url is dead.

Thanks. I'll be happy to see a tough competition to Google. It's also good for the users to have more options and (hopefully) better features. How difficult do you think it'd be for MS to attract a sizeable 3P developer base for making extensions and apps on their marketplace?
