regardless of the etymological connections of the term, most uses of "antisemitism" are just a fancy way of saying "anti-jew". and while this dude has some legitimate criticism of the major political groups in israel, he didn't say "the major political groups of israel have an insatiable appetite for war", he said this of "jews" which is pretty anti-jew and racist so the term applies. the meaning of semitic is really complicated and trying to use it in a way that's historically accurate wouldn't be very useful for modern political discourse so just assume it means "anti-jew"
