When becoming a google resident, what’s the likelihood of being able to transition to FTE before the one year allowance is up?
Do you mean half way through? I think conversation rates at the end are well over half. I'm not sure but I'm guessing early conversions (before 6-7 months) are a lot less than half.
Well over? It's close to 100%
Super high. Had friends that did it and something like 98% converted. One didn’t and he got a job at square where he now makes 2x and at a higher level than all the others who converted. Lesson learned: google isn’t all it’s cracked up to be
Almost everyone. Basically 1-Conversion_Rate==First_Year_Termination_Rate. The percentage of those who don't get picked up is the same as the percentage of FTEs who get fired. You literally have nothing to lose. Imho we should do 100% eng resident.
What is eng resident?

Women, help me understand why this is inspirational
Very high. Everyone in the system is supportive. You really have to fail yourself.
