In engineering, got a good refresher and bonus this time. Base was alright. But overall comp is good, above par with market. The TC going down for some people is due to the cliff and vesting schedule (33,33,20,12)
A terrible company does terrible things. With how tech companies have been colluding to drive down salaries with stack ranking, layoffs and AI, it’s no surprise that this is happening. Google is just another example of this. TC: 105K
