Google team match, 2 years later re-interview

I interviewed for google 2 years ago, in 2022. I passed all interviews and the team match never happened due to the freeze. Needless to say, 2 years later I still keep in touch with the recruiter about another opportunity. She says I will have to restart the interview process. For those that are in Google and have interviewed people that have previously interviewed and have done well, do you usually see the feedback of the previous interviews? Does that help at all?
