Google team match for EM (L6)
Cleared HC for L6 EM and looking for a team match. Spoke to 2 teams - one team went ahead with another candidate who had team match call with this team before I did. Second team (IMO) does not seem to have good enough charter here in Kirkland - only 5 member team in Kirkland and 100+ in Bay area, hiring manager clearly mentioned that there is no plan of expansion in Kirkland. Not really happy with the slow pace at Google (recruiter) is moving. Been 1 month since I cleared the HC. Are there teams looking to hire L6 EM in Kirkland area? I have managed up to 12 member teams. 15+yrs (4+ as EM) TC ~370K No offer from Google yet, it will be after team match.
Kirkland, I didnโt even know they have development center there. Good luck! Tell google that you have offer from fb also, may be that will expedite the process.
