Google team match issue
I recently interviewed at google for a TPM and after the loop the sponsor team backed out as they had an internal hire. But the recruiter got back that my interview was positive i have a support for level 4/5 and is searching for matching teams. Its been 4 to 5 weeks but havent really got any response from the recruiter on any other teams. What are my alternatives here ? Is there anyone from google who can guide me thru this process ??
Got it.. i heard the same from another friend at google.. but the replies have been so slow that it feels weird.. thanks for the update
Google recruiters are very good. They will find you something if you did well. I had my first call with recruiter in June. My on site was in October. HC passed in February. It’s supper slow but they are trying to find the best team/hire combo.
From what I’ve heard 2019 headcount hasn’t been released yet, so your recruiter doesn’t even know of openings. They could be waiting for that...
When are the headcounts released?
