Any comparison between the two? TC at DocuSign is higher but Google seems more prestigious.
Bah, google is just another job. Prestige is only in your head. Consider the kinds of people you will be working with. I would pick the company that fits your personal style. Since you will be spending the majority of your waking moments at the place, it is significantly more important to pick the right fit than a potential of higher TC because of perks. Fuck perks, show me the money 🙂
Google for sure. It's not just prestige, it's quality of coworkers and networking as well as future growth. Only even consider DocuSign if your career is already well-established.
I wouldn't be so sure. This quality is something you can't quantify and Andrei from Google is no different than Vijay at Intuit. People like to masturbate with this shit when it's generally not true. If you're working on a secret, cutting edge project with the brightest in their field than I'll buy your argument, otherwise all of you are cranking out mediocre code and getting the willies in your pants about how smart Tanaka'san is for dropping some serious streams knowledge in your review by pointing out that a for loop is probably more efficient for the 12 things you need to iterate over. Give me a break. And networking? What networking? Do you think it's the frat house? It all depends on you and you are a lot more likely to find more interesting people at the battery on a Sunday afternoon than at the google cafeteria at noon on Tuesday.

By asking this question...You don’t deserve Google! Unless it’s like difference of 50K or so...you will earn more in Google in longer run.
