Google offer is for SF ?
NY
This is one of the rare times I've seen Google give the best offer. Definitely go for it.
Could you lay out your prep strategy? Would be very curious
OP please also share tips, how did you prepare and most importantly your YOE?
YOE: 3 Will try to make a detailed LC Post and share here later.
What's your current TC in London and yoe?
Current TC: 220k USD (Converted from GBP) YOE: 3
@Grab that is HUGE tc for 3yoe in London
Robinhood target bonus is 20% now!? Wow didn't know
The hell msft has offered such a large number of stocks? Thats rare.
Try negotiating on your level and you can get the numbers improved, especially if you've worked as a senior dev in your current employment. The scope of work matters a lot to decide leveling, so definitely it's something to leverage here. You have competing offers too, so lot of leverage. Microsoft can definitely bump you to L62, if you push harder.
Great, Thanks. Appreciate your Advice, I would love to connect over LinkedIn.
