Google kWeller Apr 4, 2022

The hell msft has offered such a large number of stocks? Thats rare.

Grab soldier_4 Apr 5, 2022

I feel 200k is very less tbh comparing with other offers.

Google kWeller Apr 5, 2022

That might be but for L62 I barely got 90k in stocks. Canada is peanut pay.

KAYAK er_newbie Apr 7, 2022

Try negotiating on your level and you can get the numbers improved, especially if you've worked as a senior dev in your current employment. The scope of work matters a lot to decide leveling, so definitely it's something to leverage here. You have competing offers too, so lot of leverage. Microsoft can definitely bump you to L62, if you push harder.
