Googler - is this a PM or Ops role? L4 or L5?

I'm applying for jobs and saw this one. It's hard to see for me whether this is L4 or L5. And I'm also confused why it's a product role but part of the Business Strategy & Operations organization - is this truly a PM role or an operation role? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- JD Title: Global Product Lead, Google Customer Solution This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Finance), or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in product management, management consulting, or project management in technology. Experience influencing Product Management/Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: Experience manipulating large data sets using SQL while analyzing and converting them into insights to drive decisions. Ability to speak to technical/business stakeholders and users and interact at all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to define problems and identify potential solutions. Responsibilities Gather impactful product insights through workflows, sales and marketing processes, and the strategic initiatives of the business. Identify gaps in current tools and infrastructure, prioritizing and crafting business cases to validate the importance of new feature requests. Articulate Business requirements to our Product Management and Engineering teams and influence the quarterly/annual Roadmap to address them. Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional global stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs, build consensus, and communicate needs through business requirement documents. Collaborate with product teams on design sprints, product requirement documents, business requirement documents, and product/sales pilots. Develop a launch plan, identifying risks and updating stakeholders along the way. Manage new product/feature launches including communications, training and assisting with product readiness testing. I remember it's either L5 or L6. I won't overthink it now the best bet is to ask your recruiter. What is your YOE so far?
