Got an RFE, H1B, getting paid level 1 wage, but being questioned about Specialty occupation position.
My background: Computer science undergrad from Santa Clara University. Work at VMware as a Software Developer. Got an rfe for h1b to prove specialty occupation. Let's say I prove that my position is extremely complex. And I submit my response to my rfe. Is there a possibility to be rejected for some other reason, such as being paid level 1 wage. They didn't question my pay, but is questioning my company and the position

I assume you are computer science grad and your position is operations which might have triggered this RFE. IT or MIS grads mostly matches those roles descriptions, ask your employer to change the job description to include some programming in there.
Anything is possible when Trump is there. Trust your lawyers!
