Got an offer at Box - need help with numbers
Hi All..got a soft offer from Box. Appreciate inputs around numbers: YOE - 16 years. Service Operations software (tech) Current TC - 350k (Staff at Intuit) Box - (Staff) 260 base / 10000 stock units over 4 years = 320k TC at current stock price (10k joining bonus / no performance bonus / no refreshers / no 401 match / no education assistance)..!!! Definitely low ball .. want to ask for 260 / 24000 stock units over 4 years (TC 400k at current stock price) at a min for me to make the switch. I accepted an offer there recently and levels.fyi data was pretty accurate for me. They also mentioned they do a really good ESPP instead of 401k match

Sorry can't provide very helpful input on the other numbers. I'm in a nontech role. Look on level.fyi? My general rule is to always try to negotiate and see if there's wiggle room
