I'm wondering what a good offer from a startup at the series A stage. What is the general breakdown in the comp? Position is a sr swe Pay, equity, RSUs, options?

It's series A so does it matter what company? I imagine they'd all have the same offers more or less

So the offer is 140k and 7500 shares with a valuation of $55 each. It feels a bit low on equity given that it's a startup.

Equity might be low or high, depends on tvs company's valuation, but the value of paper ware is pretty good. That's 412.5k worth.
