Got ghosted by Tableau once, looking for a referral

Hello Blind, Been following the community for awhile now and love to read all the golden content out here from offer reviews, tips, and PIP nightmares... Amazon ;) So a year ago, I applied at Tableau for a role and got an email from a recruiter to setup a phone interview. I replied to that email with my information and some good times for a call. But I never heard back from the recruiter, a week goes by and I get an email stating they never heard back from me. Even after I followed up with the recruiter twice and went as far as to add them on LinkedIn (They added me back, but never responded to my message). I've been in the tech industry ever since I turned 18 from a manual QA tester to Technical Support engineer for the last 4 years. Really trying to break out of the Microsoft vendor companies here in Redmond, WA ever since I racked up a some experience and got my BA in CS. It seems like companies only want SWE's, as I'm mainly looking to get in to PM/TAM/Support Engineer roles. I can write and understand code at the University level, but I never felt the pull to become a Dev. I recently came across a role at Tableau for a Support Engineer Manager role I was hoping someone in the Blind community could refer me and possibly provide some tips on the Tableau interview process. I'm familiar with the STAR method from Amazon, but not sure if it applies here. I meet the requirements on the role as well, but wouldn't mind some advice on my resume. Thanks for reading! I also would love to hear some suggestions on how to break in to becoming a project manager at a tech company :) #tableau #referral #projectmanager #support
