Are your offers 100% bonusable? In other words are you confident you can get the bonus no matter what?
Yes, both bonus percentages are the "show up and do your job" numbers. Where I am I could get as high as 35% if I really kick ass.

Dude the perks, prestige and WLB are well worth it. Not to mention you'll get to work with top notch engineers. I would work at Google for free if I get an offer. And I say this with pending netflix offer for 380k
I countered that I wanted $400k RSUs plus at least $25k up front to cover the signing bonus I would need to repay. I would probably take it if they offered that, subject to any attempts to keep me (we are having problems hiring at the moment).

Can I ask how many years of experience does OP have? Or OP is a fresh grad? And what area is it in google, deep learning engineer, full stack engineer or others?
