Worked for a UK company for 1.5 years (less than 2 years) so I won't get any statutory redundancy pay. 1. What things should I be aware of before/during collective consultation with employer? What's most important to keep in mind during redundancy process? 2. What rights do I have considering I worked for the employer for less than 2 years? 3. What good companies are currently still hiring Android devs in UK remote / London? Thanks #layoff
Even small companies are laying people off now? Wtf
The startups are the ones that are most at risk it’s hard to get more funding from VCs now and with high interest rates & banks that are left being less reluctant to Lend to startups (no more SVB). I think 2nd half of 2023 will be bad for startups..
