I have been trying to change my jobs for a long time now ~ 1 year , on and off. Its very daunting, tiring and depressing to see rejection after rejection with no feedback on what went wrong. I have been a HV Engineer on the team and constantly appreciated by team and skip for contributions. Its very demotivating to see rejections from outside and appreciations from inside. Finally, I was able to make multiple succesfull interviews with 3 offers within a week. When I look back, its all about the timing, being able to meet right interviewers and finally a tiny bit of your luck on that day. Its not easy for all of the things to come along at the same time on the same day. For all of the candidates who are trying to move on, success comes your way eventually. Keep trying, dont worry about failing over and over. Never lose hope and never doubt your abilities in your field of work. Patience is the Key. Edit: Thank you all for your comments and considering this post helpful. Some of the hate comments below are the perfect examples on why some wouldnt get an offer. Trying to find reasons to reject than reasons to hire. I’m a non native english speaker, comfortable with more than 1 language of speaking and writing, dont mind someone correcting my vocabulary. However that doesnt make me incompetent in the field of work.
Congratulations. “Lose”, not “loose”.
Hang tight, don't lose hope

How? No company seems to be hiring new grads now. I have to wake up everyday of my life worrying about how I don't have a job yet, in spite of interning at FB. I've done so much right but gotten no reward for this, while my peers with great managers all had fat signing bonuses and get drunk every night in college as a means of celebration. My interviews have gone well but none of them result in offers, all for dumb reasons like "we required more ML experience", "we require more hardware/CUDA experience" Like how do I even be positive anymore? Sorry for the rant but I really needed to get this out :(
Apply to non faang and tier 2 companies.
I never hear back from them
I really needed it. Love you for this
I like your username for someone who really needed this. Keep trying, you’re gonna dig out oil.
What are the offers and how your LC prep?
Never lose hope guys, since apparently even this person who cannot spell “lose” correctly can get a job at fang
Haha! I think OP is super happy, they missed the spelling. Let's not be too harsh
So people who make spelling mistakes are not supposed to get hired? I hope not everyone who works at Apple thinks like you.
I was rejected by 5 companies over the period of 1 year before landing a job at Google. Rejection is practice. Dont give up!
That's inspiring. What did you do at Tableau?
LOL (on leetcode reply)

Please share the offers you got, not necessarily the money but at least the companies and how much Leetcode helped you?
Interested
Nice message! I’m cramming right now, and this helps ease the pressure!
